Returns or Exchanges

Every item in our online store comes with Blue Sky Gear's 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money, less the shipping fee.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at support.bsg@sympatico.ca to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once a RAN is obtained you may return the item for a refund or exchange.

All returned items must be returned in their original packaging and must be in new, shipped condition. If an item is returned showing signs of obvious use, the item will be returned to the customer. All software must be returned in it's sealed, un-opened packaging. Software will not be accepted for a return or exchange if it has been opened.

If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed.

The returns department requests that you allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange
