Manufacturer's Warranty
All products sold by Blue Sky Gear are new and include all applicable warranties provided by the manufacturer of the item. If you find a product is defective and a warranty applies to that item, you may simply contact Blue Sky Gear at support.bsg@sympatico.ca to advise that an item received is defective and why. Should the defect be covered under the manufacturer's warranty, a warranty return number (WRN) will be given. Once a WRN is provided by Blue Sky Gear, the item may be returned to Blue Sky Gear. The item will then be returned to the manufacturer who will decide if the item is to be replaced or repaired. Any postage stemming from a return due to warranty issues is the responsibility of the user. Any items returned in which postage has not been paid, will be returned to the user.
Blue Sky Gear Warranty
All products produced by Blue Sky Gear are warranted from the time of shipment to be free, for the warranty period of 1 year, from defects in materials and workmanship. The limited warranty described herein is not transferable and extends only to the first end-user. This warranty excludes all damage due to failure to follow any user manual or instructions, abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, fire, flood, Acts of God, improper applications, connection to incorrect line voltages and improper power sources, use of incorrect fuses, overheating, contact with high voltages or injurous substance or any other events beyond the control of Blue Sky Gear. This warranty also does not cover any damage arising during shipment of the product to or from Blue Sky Gear.
Blue Sky Gear reserves the right to make changes in design and improvements upon Blue Sky Gear products from time to time, and the User understands that Blue Sky Gear shall have no obligation to upgrade any previously manufactured Blue Sky Gear product to include such changes.
Any of the following will render a Blue Sky Gear warranty void : alteration, removal or tampering with any serial number, identification, instructional, or sealing labels on the Blue Sky Gear Product, any unauthorized disassembly, repair or modification of the Blue Sky Gear product. Blue Sky Gear will not be held responsible for any cost of or any damage caused by an unauthorized repair of a Blue Sky Gear product.
Should the User find that a Blue Sky Gear product is defective due to materials or workmanship, the User shall contact Blue Sky Gear at support.bsg@sympatico.ca advising of the problem.
