Online Help

Online Help requires Macromedia Flash Player 7 or higher. Click here to download now.

In order to use this great new feature at Blue Sky Gear, please ensure you obtain Flash Player 7.

1. Click on the "Online Help" graphic at the right hand side of the Home page.

2. A pop-up window will be created. If none appears, disable your pop-up blocker in your applicable program (Internet Explorer, Yahoo etc).

3. Online Help will load the necessary files in order to make the program work. The progress will be shown in the window.

4. The following screen will appear :



5. Enter your full name in the User Name box. No password is required.

6. The main page of Online Help will now appear :



7. An online representative will introduce themselves. If a representative does not respond within approx. 30 seconds, we are currently offline or away from the computer. An email is available to get in touch with us for your question.

8. Type your comments in the box at the bottom of the screen. The flashing cursor will show you where to type. Click Send or press enter on your keyboard.

9. Once your session is complete, please click on the red circle in the upper right corner to close your chat session.
